opened the sachet and brewed in a basket since the leaves always seem so cramped. These are some big, whole leaves! The flavor is definitely stronger this way.

I also resteeped this bag as a cold brew overnight (actually I forgot about it, so it was close to 20 hrs. Flavorful but not bitter. I prefer it hot though. Something about the flavor profile just seems better hot.
