I haven’t tried it on its own yet, but I guess that would be wise so I know what kind of flavor or un-flavor I’m working with. I’ll keep you posted of medicinal effectiveness…tried capsules some years back; they somewhat took off the edge.

I had a tea with St Johns Wort from Davids Tea once. I know they say it takes awhile for any medicinal properties to kick in but I swear that tea relaxed me immediately when I was having a bad day. Probably psychosomatic lol
OK…did a straight-up cup. Not a strong flavor at all; a little reminiscent of chamomile, but milder, and truly a little bit vanilla-y. That would explain its mixability.

Hmmm I have St Johns Wort tea, no flavourings. I wonder if that’d go well with vanilla!
