There’s a dreadful black licorice taste that hits the back of your throat as an aftertaste, and it’s really offputting. However, the licorice comes with a great cooling sensation that soothes my often sore throat, and the cammomile and peppermint taste good, and are also not bad for throats either. I drink it only when needed, because it does work well for sore throats, and the taste is tolerable, but I wouldn’t have a cup for fun.
