The black tea grew bitter before the cinnamon grew strong enough. Had to add cinnamon in order to get any flavor from it. I wonder if sweetened a little, the cinnamon would be brought out more.

I prefer mild teas, especially white varieties and fruity greens. Of the black kinds, I like earl grey and chai.
