YUP! I agree with LiberTEAs…totally reminds me of Darjeeling! Since I have had an awful day I will be brief…I like this and had 3 cups worth.
Backlog: I finished off the last of this tea this morning as my first cup of the day, while watching Conan’s new show (I love the DVR). Since it was the last of it, I had the bottom ‘bits’ – and I have to say that this is a tea that should be gently shaken before you measure it to get some of those bottom ‘bits’ that have settled in your teapot when you brew this tea. This tea went from being very good to being TOTALLY AWESOME… just from those bits.
YUM.
Raising my rating of this tea because that last cup was totally awesome.
Preparation
Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me a bit of this tea to try! Yummy!
As far as I’m concerned, you really can’t go wrong with chocolate. Of course, I’ve tasted a few disappointing chocolate blends, but they are few and far between. This is a really awesome chocolate blend, and I love the coconut.
This is smooth, rich and creamy. Positively decadent! YUMMMMMM!
Preparation
This black tea requires no sweetener to be added to it because the caramel pieces melt during the infusion. It has nice caramel undertones that makes it the perfect marriage.
Preparation
Having one last cup of this before I send the rest off to my SororiTea Sister!
I love the beautiful light color of the liquor. The flavor is really nice too – the cranberry and rose are in very pleasant harmony with one another – sweetness from the rose, a hint of tart from the cranberry, and the sweet, fresh taste of green tea. So lovely!
The dry leaf is really beautiful. Smells amazing too!
Delicious and light, the cranberry is sweet yet tart (but not too tart). I can also taste the raspberry flavor which adds a little more sweetness, perhaps to off-set the cranberry flavor just a little? The rose is very subtle but adds a nice contrast. YUMMY!
Preparation
This Tea is CRAZY SEXY COOL! It has some attitude and ingredients to back it up! The Mini Tuo scared me as it plopped out of the package and into my strainer! But this is one wicked-fun cuppa! I can taste the green teas, sure, but the Pineapple and Strawberry flavors are wonderful and sugary-sweet and juicy, too! The more I sip – the more I like!
This tea is a nice mix of traditional black tea and vanilla that together, creates a pleasant flavor. Once steeped, the taste of the tea matches the smell.
A subtle, not overpowering taste of vanilla that is pleasantly mixed in with china black tea. It develops into a medium bodied cup of tea, with the subtleness of vanilla. Yummy!
Preparation
Since this is decaf I decided to make myself another 16oz cuppa, this time steeping it the normal 5min I do for blacks. A bit darker lquor, brown w/ orange notes. The 1st steeping was so flavorful I was a bit concerned what would happen if the fruity notes became stronger, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the base really develops in ths infusion. A tea that is great when prepared 2 different ways scores extra points with me.
Preparation
Sample 1/7
My 1st Praise Tea! The Praise Tea people were kind enough to send me 7 very generously sized sample. Not gonna get into the whole religion thing, but suffice it to say the name of the company has my heart. But… will the teas? I saw this one review a while ago and was instantly interested. I love peaches and have never had an orchid flavored tea. The fact that it was a decaf also interested me since they can be hit and miss. The only thing that concerned me was the base as I’m not normally a fruity black person er… a person that likes fruity black teas… but even I’m becoming surprised w/ them.
They suggest 1tsp/6oz water so I made a 16oz cuppa w/ 1TB of leaf. Steeped for 3 min.
Wow! The raw leaf smells amazing. A bit peach jello-ish w/ floral notes.
The liquor isn’t dark, but not lighter by any means than some other blacks I’ve made. The aroma is pretty much identical to the raw leaf. This is promising! Whoa. Yes! Score one for Praise Tea! Peachy w/ hints of floral w/o tasting like perfume and a smooth, slight crisp base. Definitely gonna purchase this in the summer when I make iced tea a gallon at a time (this doesn’t need sweetener). I’m normally not affected by caffeine, but when I was chugging 8 cups of 1st infusion black tea for days on end I felt pretty crappy after a few days. This tea is definitely an answered to a prayer.
Preparation
This is really delicious. The peach flavor is just right – not overpowering but not so subtle that it’s difficult to detect, either. The combination of black and green teas is smooth. Light and crisp!
Preparation
WOW! Pineapple! HELLO!
Step Aside! Step Aside! Everyone make-way for the Pineapple! He demands your attention and if you don’t listen he will shout it from the mountain tops! Well, he’ll shout it anyway!
This is one STRONG Pineapple tea and I like it!!!
Sugary, fruity, sweet, pineapple! Then I can pick up on the Green Teas, Papaya, Mango…but not so much the cardamom, bamboo, or ginger which is totally fine by me!
This is a treat!
Enjoying another cup of this before I send it off to my SororiTEA Sister.
Rich, chocolate-y goodness. Delightful for my first cup of the day.

I knew this would be good when I opened the pouch and smelled the chocolate and could see all the chocolate-y goodness inside.
Rich and chocolate-y. Very pleasing. I can see why they refer to this as their PMS blend! Ha!
Seriously though, this is really YUM! A must try for all chocolate lovers out there.
Preparation
Smells nice – floral but mostly apple
tastes like apples, flowers, and white tea! Nice!
Aftertaste is a pleasant apple – not puckery!
This is unique and fun and I like it!
This smells AWESOME! Very much Chocolate with a sugary likeness but also heavy smells coconut too! This one really surprised me as far as the aroma goes! WOW! AWESOME! As for the taste – it’s pretty darned good too! It’s equal parts-tasting coconut and chocolate. It’s very creamy and leaves a slight coconut/creamy aftertaste! Very nice!
