Clipper

I just do not like this. I couldn’t really taste anything much, had to add some cinnamon. The teabags were huge, and they had a really funny smell, and as I was moving them from the box to my tea holder I got really fed up of the smell, awful.

Not nearly lemony enough for me, I always end up adding lemon juice to it. But otherwise quite nice.

A refreshing, delicious and zesty citrus infusion with the deep and warming zing of ginger!

Tasty, not usually a fan of fruit teas, but this one I enjoy.

I managed to restock this and I am so happy! The taste is slightly different than what I remembered back when it was called Bourbon Vanilla, but the packaging is also different ( 50 teabags in that british no-string format rather than 20 envelopes teabags) but let´s give a discount to differences in memory, packaging and tea being a natural product which might have some variations in taste.

This is a camouflaged flavoured tea. The vanilla is really imperceptible, more noticeable in smell than in taste. But it does give a resonance to the tea taste, adds a sort of sweetness to it. I do love this tea, even if I do not usually like vanilla teas. Though if you want a very intense vanilla (or vanillin, most probably) tea, this is not it. The vanilla is hiding pretty subtly!

I hate vanilla scented teas usually. I dislike Assam-based teas. I love this tea and am desperately looking to buy more.

The vanilla flavour is so light one almost does not notice it, but it´s a rich natural vanilla-pod scent, it melds perfectly with the maltiness ( as the manufacturer puts it and they are right) of the tea. I love it. If you like vanilla and hate vanilla teas, this might be the one for you as well.

I had this again and I was very disappointed. It doesn’t taste anything like I remember it. It kind of weak and I can’t taste the raspberry at all! I’m going to have to lower the rating. Very disappointed!

This is my first bagged white and, honestly? I wasn’t expecting much.

The scent af the the dry tea is of overpowering raspberry. I couldn’t detect the tea at all. I would say the steeping times on the box are a bit long – 45 seconds produced a cup that was on the way to being bitter.

The brewed tea smelled really, really nice. The raspberry had subsided and the tea was holding it’s own. The first sip tasted of plain white tea and the aftertaste was raspberry, but by the third sip the raspberry came through and I could taste it in the tea.

A really clean, refreshing cup. I will be buying more of this.

Received this as a free sample from Clipper. I found this slightly bitter but with a bit of honey it is really nice. Not something I would drink everyday, but good for if you want something quick.

I was a bit wary of this tea because it smelled very cinnamony and I was afraid it was going to be too strong, but the flavour was suprisingly delicate and well balanced. I also left it a bit lobger than I should have, but it did not detract from the flavour at all. This tea is one I will be drinking regularly

Other in my family thinks it’s too strong… But I like the full flavour. Leave for a minute and add some milk… Delicious. The best tea ever… black that is ;)

As long as you’re careful not to brew too hot or for too long, this is very nice. Not going to set the house on fire, but good for the times you just want to throw a teabag in a cup and have a green tea quickly.

Also Clipper is a fantastic company – this one is fair trade and the new boxes are very attractive.

I made a huge mug of this to chase away my mild headache. When brewed correctly, it is nice and sweet with a pleasant taste without being complicated. It’s just a tea cupboard staple for when you want something simple, you know? That’s exactly what I needed now.

I just tried this tea the first time some days ago, It have a quite obvious taste of vanilla but it also have a kind of bitter taste that can be typical for green teas, maybe I had the teabag in there to long though >_>

Very light [which is how they describe it!], smooth and delicate. It just kind of floats along with you. Definitely doesn’t overwhelm you. A tea for those moments of thought and calm, peaceful and relaxing. As I take milk [in most teas] I left the teabag in the whole time just to keep the flavour.
