Decided to make a soy chai tea latte with this!
I took a mystery spice/chai tea and a bag of the Sweet Chai and put them in a pot with about two mugs worth of water, heated it up, added half a cinnamon stick. I let it simmer for about 8 minutes before adding a fair share of soy milk.
I then added about a teaspoon of organic acacia honey from the market and stirred it all up!
It was really nice. Warm, sweet, spicy, flavorful. Exactly what I wanted.
