This is my favourite oolong of all time, and I’ve tried a lot of them. I wrote an in-depth review of this tea on my blog Don’t Worry, Tea Happy, but I’d love to add my 2 cents here. It has a gorgeous complex flavour that transforms in your mouth from buttery to fruity and back again. I’ve reused this tea more than 5 times with good results, and my favourite tea to blend this tea with is peach infusions (if you’re into blending teas, that is). That said, it’s beautiful all on its own without any help.

Flavors: Butter, Floral, Plums

Preparation
185 °F / 85 °C 3 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

I’m a twenty-something year-old with lots to say, not enough time to say it. I live in the lower mainland area of British Columbia and am currently working on my BA of Fine Arts. My love of tea has been fostered from a very young age, but I was introduced to the vast variety of teas in January of 2014, and every day since it’s been quite a journey!
