Robust and complex. Tasting notes between a good IPA and a traditional Yunnan black with cocoa, citrus, and chilies. Holds up to 4 brews with 4 grams of leaves and 8 oz of water. The second and third brews actually improved the taste. There was a 5 second rinse before the first brew.
