Buckwheat matcha latte
this is an interesting sample from VariaTEA. What i liked – the level of sweetness and the balance between the matcha taste and the buckwheat. I wasn’t a fan of the little balls of buckwheat floating in the drink. still though, i’d probably drink this again but i wouldn’t actively seek it out

Hmm, Sil, perhaps I did add the Tartary buckwheat from YS to your bag, but it was labelled and there was no matcha in it.
Nope. Wasn’t a YS tea evol. This was a single serve package of. Buckwheat matcha.

Haha it could have been something I had lying around and just tossed it into the bag to share. Though I genuinely don’t remember this.
Unless, could it have been one of the 52 Tea’s genmaichas? Those sometimes have matcha mixed in…though aren’t buckwheat.
nope, not 52 teas. now i wish i’d kept the packet for fun lol not a big deal in any case, it was interesting :)
