135 Tasting Notes
I got this back in the spring because I love cherry blossoms, I was born in the spring, and after all, even my screen name is “sakura”! That being said, it’s nice, but not mind-blowing. I appreciate the cherry flavor, although there’s not enough of it, but the floral puts me off a bit. Not enough to stop drinking it, I WILL finish what I bought, but most likely won’t get it again. Haven’t tried it iced – only hot – and it’s soothing that way, but based on the general comments, it sounds like a not-so-great idea. I may try it iced once before I finish it.

My favorite tea to drink iced in the hotter months. Heartbroken that David’s Tea is discontinuing it! I wrote to them, posted on their Facebook page, all to no avail. Went to the closest store and bought a bunch of it. So, I’ll enjoy it while it lasts.
Flavors: Bamboo, Fruity, Pineapple
A great strawberry black. The leaves are unusual, kind of granular looking. The fruit here has more aroma than juiciness, but it’s still really lovely. With milk, it’s almost like a strawberry Quik flavor – if you like that kind of thing (and I do!).
Flavors: Floral, Strawberry
Preparation
Overall, I really like this tea – it’s a nice, pleasant flavor.
The dry tea leaves smell fruity and minty. The mint really comes out once it’s brewed – that’s the overall taste/scent of this tea. Chocolate is a secondary note, with a little creaminess that makes it seems like a milk chocolate or a white chocolate to me. The coconut was really subtle. Next time I’d like to try it iced.
