I forgot how much I love this tea. For a long time it was my go-to (although apparently I am just craving lemon lately). It has this amazing soothing lemon scent – like NeoCitran without the medicine – but the taste itself is almost pure smoky green tea goodness, that sort of dark green that’s more like an oolong. I made it in one of the new David’s mason jars, which is perfect for keeping a nice head of lemon-scented steam so every sip I take is aromatherapy.
