I think one of the reasons I love this tea so much is because it actually gets better as it cools. Since I have a cat tongue (very very sensitive to heat!) and I tend to sip my tea slowly my tea always gets too cold and weird by the last third of the cup or so. But this one is good to the last sip, yay!
