The first time I tried this (months ago) I steeped it for way too long and hated it. A 45 second steep is perfect for this one though, and seems to take away a lot of the chamomile. I really don’t like chamomile in most things so this is a plus. Now it tastes the way I imagined it would… if only it was still at Davids. I hope they bring it back for something. I’ll be sad when it’s gone from my cupboard. D:
