I prepared the rest, thus 6 grams of fine loose leaf into gaiwan – decided for gongfu.
First steeps short, around 10 seconds, no rinse.
It is quite nutty, as well malty. Not much of citrus tastes, but certainly it’s not bitter at all, which is a good sign. Some citrus appears as aftertaste. Like a lemon peel.
With following steep, it became bit more astringent, but still very nice.
3rd one, another short one. Very similar to previous one.
4th, maltier, but still tasty…
It is very nice tea. Malty, citrusy, not much woody this time.
