I really really love this tea- the lemongrass can be pretty strong sometimes, but i made this iced and it was just delicious til the last drop!
How do you make your iced tea? I want to make this iced too! Do you double the tea and do it hot or make it cold brewed in the fridge or? Thanks :)
i usually double the amount of tea and make it hot, let it cool off then ice it.

i used to not like this tea at all when i first got this set. But it has grown on me. It’s a good cup of tea for a monday morning ( isn’t any tea a good cup on mondays though??). It is a ittle drying in the back of my throat but that could also be because I am fighting getting a cold.
Wow, this is a really great tea. I am so glad to have gotten my hands on it! It isn’t as strong as other yunnan provence teas i’ve had. But because of that , I think it is perfect. It isn’t so strong that it will turn you off after one cup, instead the leaves keep bringing you back for more and more. It is smooth, flavorful, a bit earthy, a bit sweet and a lot of yumminess :)

Ha, I thought this was a super strong one. Then again I haven’t had much Yunnan tea. Or at least I can’t recall having much.
