I am an avid herbal drinker! I enjoy growing my own herbs and plants for fresh and dry tea. I am really interested in traditional medicinal use of various herbs and plants, as well as the beautiful flavors and emotions that come along with every cup of tea.

We recently adopted four girls, and as such, I am always in search of a good, relaxing blend! Life is a little crazy right now!

Likes: ANYTHING caffeine-free. I have a severe caffeine sensitivity, so even decaf can be a problem for me. Fortunately, in the wide world of teas, I still have so many wonderful choices!
