Are you using your phone by any chance? I was able to connect after switching to my desktop browser.
I had an issue as well but it cleared up after I reloaded, I think? Try clearing your cache with CNTRL+F5.
I was using my desktop and I tried clearing my cache. I recieve an error that says
“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

EDIT: Tried again and it worked this time.
Hi Arby, so glad to hear you’ve successfully selected the tea sample and I’m also sorry for problems you met. I’ll report this problem to our technical department, hope they can find the problem and fix it asap!
I got some black teas to try. Will see what’s good before I stock up for winter.
