little astringent today but still really tasty. I may have just over steeped it while juggling kiddo running around this morning :)
another sipdown from days ago. Glad i’m getting a few of these in. this was a decent every day sort of tea as long as i kept the steeping time down so that it didn’t go bitter
Finally found the sweet spot with this one – 2.5 mins just under boiling.
