Adagio Custom Blends, Alex Albrecht

Today I wasn’t sure I wanted something as acidic as Executus, but it was still sitting in my IngenuiTEA, and I was feeling too lazy to take it upstairs to clean it out. I opened up my tea drawer, pulled out some fresh chamomile leaves, and dropped a teaspoon of them into the pot.

Boom! Executus, but not so sour and tangy. The chamomile did a great job mellowing it out. Credit to Inguna Trepsa’s Zodiac Series blend Cancer for the inspiration.

Great when I’m in the mood for a fruity, tangy tea. Nice combination of flavors.

Very fruity and tangy.

The smell of the peppermint and candy cane smells incredible. Upon drinking, the tea tastes very much like a peppermint tea but with added sweetness which comes from the candy cane. The flavour is alot nicer after about 5 mins of leaving to cool down.

I admit, I’m not a big herbal fan. The strong red color scared me enough to put in a little sugar. But it still tastes like Theraflu to me. I think herbals and I just don’t get along.

This tea and a long shower are part of my hangover cure routine, or whenever I just want something fruity.
